Back in December, my mom and dad called to see if we'd be okay with another visit since it was feeling like a long time since they had seen the kids. The bigger news was that they wanted to bring our niece, Halle. We didn't tell the boys and today was the day that we picked them up at the airport.
I thought Jacob would be screaming, but he just stood there in shock. And after a minute, it was like no time had passed at all. That is the magic of a special friend...
